Wedding Invitation Packages:

“I don't want everything in Pack B, just some of it. Can I order ala carte?”
Yes. Feel free to order only the items you need. All of our wedding products are available individually and can be purchased in ANY increment (minimum quantity of 15).

“What kind of paper do you use?”
All wedding items and announcements are printed on a super smooth 120lb, bright white cardstock.

“Can I change the colors to match my wedding colors?”
Absolutely! You can alter the COLOR, FONT and TEXT by choosing from our color selections and font options.

"Does it cost anything to preview my customized invitation?"
No. Just fill out the custom order form and one of our designers will create a FREE - NO OBLIGATION online preview for you. You will receive an email notifying you when your proof is available.

"What if I don't like the colors I have chosen or I want to change the font or text after I see my proof?”
You are welcome to alter the text, fonts and colors of your proof. There is a limit of THREE free design previews per couple. Additional previews are $25.00 each.

"Can you mail me a hard copy of my proof?”
Yes and No. Generic samples are available for $5.00 each plus shipping costs. Unfortunately, custom samples are not available.

"Do you offer printing of envelopes with our guests names and addresses?”
Yes! When filling out your Custom Wedding Form, you will see a spot to enter the text that you'd like to feature on your envelopes..

"I have something specific in mind and would like a custom design, do you offer that service?"
If you are interested in a completely custom design, just drop us a line and we will discuss the details and pricing with you. We're here to help!

"Can I purchase your products in stores?"
Our products are offered exclusively on this website only as we do not have a storefront.

"Do you ship to Canada or overseas?"
Yes. We ship wedding invitation packages to most overseas locations.

"Can you send me a catalog?"
We are constantly adding new products to our product line, therefore, we do not issue a printed catalog. Our products can be found on this website.

"How do I pay for my wedding package?"
Once you approve your proof, we will email you an invoice detailing your order summary. For your security, we accept PayPal for wedding packages. If you would rather not use PayPal, please contact us (407-370-0223) to provide your payment information over the telephone.

"What is PayPal?"
The safer, easier way to pay online...Pay without exposing credit card numbers to the merchant...Speed through the checkout process.

"How am I protected when paying through PayPal?"
When you pay with PayPal, you never expose your credit card or bank numbers to the merchant, helping you keep your sensitive financial information private. "Is PayPal free?"
It's free to sign up for a PayPal account or to send money to friends and family. You can also transfer funds from your bank accounts to your PayPal account at no charge.

Party Favors:

"How long will it take to receive my favors?"
We want you to get your order as quick as possible. Most of our favors will ship within 2-4 business days via UPS. Certain personalized, or custom products may take slightly longer, usually in 5-8 business days.

"What is your return policy for party favors?"
While we hope you will enjoy your items, we realize from time to time returns do happen. Our no hassle return policy makes it easy for you to return your items. Please contact us for all return related questions.

Biz Cards:

"Are the colors shown on my biz card proof accurate?"
PoshBetty offers no guarantee of "match-print" or "match-product" color fidelity. PoshBetty cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. PoshBetty does not guarantee color will match the preview as it appears on a customers monitor, as we cannot compensate for a color variance on each customer's monitor.

"What if I am unsatisfied with my biz cards?"
Due to the nature of four-color printing, we cannot print every color available on a computer monitor. We do not color match; instead, we offer the industry standard in “pleasing color” and will make any reasonable adjustments to help correct submitted files. If PoshBetty cannot correct the file or reprint to “pleasing color” standards, then we will issue an RMA and refund the purchase price.

"What are my shipping options?"
All PoshBetty orders are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks. However, the production of your order can vary based on our workload. Our standard shipping methods are: UPS for business cards, letterhead and favors.

"Do you ship to the UK and Canada?"
We are happy to ship Biz Cards to the UK, Canada and most overseas destinations! Shipping charges depend on the weight of your package.

"Does PoshBetty offer trades of their products for services?"
No, we are not able to offer any of our images or products for trade purposes. We are a trademarked company and are represented by an agent which strictly forbids us from doing so.
