Shipping Business Cards and Letterhead Products

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:   For deliveries within the United States, we generally deliver via the US Postal Service. For orders that exceed a weight of two pounds, we generally deliver via UPS or Airborne. All methods will come with tracking information.

ORDERS TO OTHER COUNTRIES:  Rates to each country are different, therefore we will advise you of the actual shipping charges via e-mail once the processing of your order is complete. Any applicable duty charges will be your responsibility. PoshBetty is not responsible for any items lost through international shipping.

Please note: We ship every order with care and attention. PoshBetty will not be liable for any packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise with our couriers and the US Postal System, war, terrorist attacks or “Acts of God” such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, snow storms, etc.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are determined on an individual basis, at the sole discretion of PoshBetty.

Custom printed orders:  (orders that have your requested information printed)
If we receive a request to cancel your order after production has begun, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the order total or $100, whichever is greater. If your order was completely custom (not a design featured on our website) and you pre-paid the $100 design fee, that cost is non-refundable.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that proper spelling, grammar, colors, and any other printed information is correct on the proof(s) you are provided of your custom printed job before indicating your approval to send the job to production. PoshBetty will not be held responsible in any way for errors in spelling, grammar, color or any other printed information once you have approved the proof(s) for production.

You agree to pay any and all costs in the event that an order needs to be reproduced due to errors that exist in proofs that have received your approval.

Mod Merchandise returns:
All of the PoshBetty Mod Merchandise is produced by an outside vendor. PoshBetty will not be able to assist with returns or exchanges of merchandise. Please contact Customer Service or call toll-free 1-877-809-1659.
